"I've used this app with many Samsung devices with no issue but when I remote into a Tab3 the device view comes up blank on the LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console. I've noticed that Rescue is not running the add on as a process and the add on is showing as running with 0 bytes in a perpetual restarting stage. Not sure if that is helpful but please get back to me at your earliest convenience."
